This survey is available to students enrolled in the Bachelor's degree programs in Applied Mathematics, or Master's degree programs in Data Science or Mathematics to request additional teaching materials. A separate request must be submitted for each course (or module/unit).
Please note that requests based on disabilities, specific learning disorders (SLD), and/or other relevant medical conditions must be submitted to the lecturer via the Inclusion Unit, rather than through this survey.
